• Confirmation Prep Program Overview

  Program:

  • This year we will be using Ascension Press Confirmation Program called - Chosen: Your Journey to Confirmation
  • The program is available online for free here. 

  
  Mass Reflections: 

  • Teens will be required to fill out and submit Mass reflections for every Sunday during the program

  
  Sponsor Meetings:

  • Teens will be required to have 4 meetings with their sponsor. These can be over the phone or in person. The purpose of these meetings is for them to foster a deeper faith-centered relationship with their sponsor.
  • Meetings will be spread out in a 4 month span

  
  Saint Project:

  • Teens will be required to do a saint project over the saint they choose as their Confirmation Name

  
  Final Interview:

  • Teens will be required to schedule a final interview with me. This will be the time where the teen makes their final decision about receiving the sacrament

  
  Baptism Record:

  • Every candidate must have an up to date Baptism record turned in to Dcn. Rodney Asebedo 

  
  Confirmation date:

  • Confirmation date is TBD - as soon as we have it scheduled you will recieve an email with the date
